As a young and innovative financial services provider, Valartis Fund Management (Liechtenstein) AG is specialised in the flotation and administration of tailor-made fund solutions for high net worth private clients and institutional investors.

Complete package for the establishment of a fund

Our subsidiary provides a complete package, starting from the initial consultation through to the final registration of an investment fund with an International Securities ID number (ISIN). The main tasks involved consist in the initial consultation/establishment and the subsequent ongoing management of the individually arranged funds. The fund solutions are designed for institutional investors (banks, insurances, pension funds), companies, wealthy individuals, families and smaller closed circles of investors.

Fund for qualified investors

In 2005 Liechtenstein created the "Fund for Qualified Investors," a type of fund tailor-made for this particular client group. It should be noted that for legal reasons each fund requires assets amounting to at least two million Swiss francs (or equivalent).
